The optical trackball is extremely sensitive, with 800 dpi resolution. The keyboard's light weight and well-thought-out assortment of mouse buttons (for both hands), scroll wheel and hotkeys provide excellent ergonomics. The different hotkeys give quick access to common tasks such as e-mail access, volume control, and launching your web browser. Although the fact is not noted in the packaging or on Addesso's web site, the Wireless Mini Keyboard works perfectly with a Mac (including the hotkeys), although the keyboard layout is geared more toward a Windows PC. It is plug-and-play -- no software installation required.
