Received the keyboard in the mail today. So far so good. The keys are really nice; soft but still some audible feedback on them. The wrist rest is padded and comfortable. The backlighting is just the right amount of brightness; not overly bright at all. My only complaint is in regards to the included customization software. Macro support is great, but the ability to reprogram the hotkeys on the left/right side of the keyboard is limited. I would like to change the mail button to open a link to gmail, but you can only launch an .exe or .ink file. However you can set the hotkeys to open preselected apps/windows or close/copy/paste etc., which is quite useful. Also, the back/forward buttons the the right-most side of the keyboard do not function in Firefox under Vista x64. Hopefully I can get those working.

Overall a great gaming keyboard for the price I paid (approx $60).

EDIT: In order to get the back/forward buttons to work in Firefox, you must set up a macro. Assign "alt+left" for back and "alt-right" for forward in the Razer macro editor. These are just the regular Firefox keyboard commands for back/forward in a macro.
